Transportation Strategic Communications Director
Theresa draws on nearly 20 years of experience to help our teams and clients tailor their communications strategies to manage the social and political risks associated with implementing community-focused transportation programs. She leads organizations through their most difficult challenges by protecting and improving brand image, increasing recognition, and gaining public and political buy-in. Primarily focused on providing holistic solutions for our transportation clients, Theresa supports our full-service strategic communications program, which includes 130 practitioners in 24 areas. She also collaborates with our Operational Resiliency, Infrastructure Advisory Services and Program Management practice areas and teams.
The way we engage our communities is constantly changing. Theresa crafts custom, adaptable strategies and develops communications programs that include underrepresented and hard-to-reach populations. Among her many accomplishments, her work on the Carolina Crossroads Environmental Impact Statement project is pointed to by departments of transportation across the United States as the gold standard for public relations, communications and public involvement. Theresa’s expertise has been seen in all transportation market sectors and across the U.S. and Canada.
