Tim Casey

Tim is our environmental acoustics program manager and has almost three decades of experience finding creative solutions to address noise and vibration on projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

He has extensive experience performing noise and vibration analyses, and has managed research projects for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Transportation Research Board, part of the National Academy of Sciences.

Tim also led the development of a hybrid methodology for assessing noise and vibration from high-speed rail projects that has recently been endorsed by the Federal Railroad Administration and the Federal Transit Administration.
