Campus Research II and Hamburg Center for Translational Immunology
Dynamic, Translational Medical Research
The new Campus Research II and Hamburg Center for Translational Immunology (HCTI) building will accommodate 150 labs and create the workspaces and areas required for the continuous and dynamic development of medical research at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).
The research activities at the new campus building focus on areas including inflammation, infection and immunology. Communicative spaces between the structural elements promote a translational and interdisciplinary approach in line with UKE’s guiding principle: “Knowledge – Research – Healing through Shared Competence.”
