Wanda Dalian Group is China’s largest commercial property company and the world’s largest cinema chain operator. It’s known as a global leader in worldwide real estate development, from residential and retail to entertainment, sports and hospitality. We’re working to help Wanda develop a private 200-bed international hospital near its new Media Development site in Shandong. We’re providing healthcare and hospital advisory, hospital development management, program management, planning management, pre-construction management, construction management and post-construction management.

Specific tasks under this contract include:

• Assist in the selection of the hospital operator, design consultants and contractor
• Assist in the development and review of the project brief and hospital program
• Monitor the overall design, permitting, procurement and construction through the project schedule
• Review of project hard and soft cost budget estimates resulting in the establishment of a project baseline budget
• Manage and communicate all Wanda’s instructions to the project team
• Assist with coordination and liaison with numerous government agencies
