George A. Little, P.E.Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, HDR, Inc.
As CEO and chairman of HDR, Inc., Little is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company. He previously served as president of the company's largest operating company, HDR Engineering, Inc., since 1997. Little gained extensive management experience during assignments as Minneapolis department manager and HDR director of operations. He has extensive experience in project management and engineering design for large power and energy projects.

Eric L. Keen, P.E.President, HDR Engineering, Inc. and Vice Chairman, HDR, Inc.
Keen is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the engineering operating company as well as its day to day activities. He previously served as executive vice president and director of the transportation group, the largest group within the engineering company. Keen has more than 25 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning. He has been with HDR since 1993.

Doug S. Wignall, AIA, RAIC, LEED APPresident, HDR Architecture, Inc.
Wignall is responsible for guiding the architecture company's strategic growth in the healthcare, science and technology, civic, justice and higher education markets. He has been with HDR for more than two decades, and has been instrumental in the firm's expansion into new market segments worldwide while championing the evolution of HDR's "non-traditional" architectural services to keep pace with the challenging and diverse architectural field.

Terence C. CoxChief Financial Officer, HDR, Inc.
Cox has served in this role since 1997. Prior to 1997 he served as controller of HDR Inc. and HDR Engineering, Inc. and has been with HDR since 1984. His responsibilities include managing the company's overall financial operations, internal and external financial reporting, MIS development, acquisitions, banking relationships, and income tax compliance. Cox is a certified public accountant.

Richard R. Bell, P.E.Former Chief Executive Officer, HDR, Inc.
Bell is the former CEO and Chairman of HDR, Inc. He was employed by the company from 1974 to his retirement in December 2011. He served as the company's CEO since 1996, when he led the company buyback from foreign ownership.

Mary E. PetersFormer United States Secretary of Transportation
Peters served in this role from 2006 to 2009. She also served as administrator of the Federal Highway Administration and as director of the Arizona Department of Transportation. Peters is a respected national expert on transportation policy and public-private partnerships.

John K. WilsonPast President, Durham Resources, LLC
Wilson's career spanned more than 25 years with Durham Resources during which time the company engaged in numerous business acquisitions, divestitures and financings related to the natural gas distribution industry, commercial and residential real estate development, community banking and various securities within the public markets. Wilson currently serves on the board of MDU Resources Group, Inc. He is a certified public accountant.

Raymond V. HessionChair, eHealth Ontario Board of Directors
Hession is also Chair, Innovation Advisory Board – Service Ottawa. He has extensive experience in governance in the private, public, community service and health sectors over the past 35 years, including Chair, HLB Decision Economics prior to being acquired by HDR. He was founding Chair of the Agency for Cooperative Housing; founding Chair of the Ontario Health Quality Council; Chair of the Board of The Ottawa Hospital/The Rehabilitation Centre of Eastern Ontario and the Royal Canadian Mint, among many others.
