Welcoming and engaging customers — virtually and in person.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Carroll White REMC had to close their lobby to their members. Even when they were able to reopen, not every member could safely return. The goal of this initiative was to transform a bleak space into a virtual and in-person lobby experience for members that provided opportunity for safe interaction with Carroll White REMC and Wabash Valley Power Alliance, enhancing customer engagement. In addition to the virtual lobby, our team managed engagement efforts to promote the website to members and key stakeholders.
