A Branded Environment with Workplace Wellness in Mind 

The renovation of L'Oréal’s Minneapolis office elevates their space to better support their brand and employees, reinforcing their identity and meeting the needs of their workforce. One main design goal was an aesthetic that elevates impressions, emphasizes quality, supports effectiveness and exudes brand. A reorganization of space allows more light to penetrate the space, new ergonomic workstations increase employee wellness, more live-work spaces support collaboration, and in-house designed murals and strategically placed product displays drive brand and communicate partnerships.
