Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, marks a significant step in our journey toward reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As a professional services firm, we are committed to embedding First Nations perspectives in the design of civil and social infrastructure.

Our RAP reflects our values and our dedication to turning intent into action — through initiatives like CareerTrackers and a dedicated RAP Working Group supported by our Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council. Together, we are committed to ongoing cultural learning, deepening our understanding and respect for the histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations people.
