Every other year, our largest practices bring professionals together from across the globe for a multiday conference built around inspiration, knowledge exchange, and real relationship-building. You leave with innovative ideas, new energy, and colleagues who remind you why the work you do matters.
Our Fellowship Program gives our most innovative thinkers a full year to pursue a creative solution to a real client or industry challenge, fully funded. It is how we show our commitment to professional excellence: as a direct investment in the people who push the work forward.
Colleagues nominate colleagues whose dedication to quality and integrity has made a genuine difference. Recognition is earned by those who have experienced your contributions directly, peer-to-peer, across four levels from local offices to companywide Pathfinders of Distinction.

Sustainability Stewards: Our local Sustainability Stewards help to build a culture of sustainability in our offices through education and events. Established in 2006, we now have 80 offices with Sustainability Stewards.

Career Connect: Open to all employees, this four-level leadership development program offers meaningful learning experiences that empower participants to leverage diverse perspectives and drive business improvements.

Wellness Program: Our Wellness Program is designed to improve the quality of life for all employees through education, incentives and fun activities that encourage physical, financial and emotional wellness.

HDR Foundation: Our employee-funded, employee-led foundation has awarded more than $14 million in grants to organizations where our employees volunteer.

Employee Network Groups: Open to all employees, our eight Employee Network Groups create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone is empowered to engage and contribute.

Total Service Organization: Local committees turn our vision of corporate culture into a reality by celebrating work anniversaries, birthdays and work well done. Outside the office many employees participate in recreational sports leagues, bicycle/running clubs, trivia nights, charity 5K runs and more.
