Elmutaz Elrabaa, PMP, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ND, EDAC, Associate AIA

In his role as health principal, Elmutaz is the design lead for the healthcare architecture practice in Canada, delivering projects from inception to occupancy. He also is involved in business development and project acquisition and in mentoring new healthcare architects.

“My career focus has been of healthcare design, and I greatly enjoy the opportunities provided with each project to engage with stakeholders and garner consensus to deliver much needed health services and infrastructure to communities around the world.” 

Elmutaz has more than 23 years of professional experience focusing on large-scale healthcare, institutional and civic projects around the world. He has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects from programming through all design and construction phases as well as post occupancy evaluations, operational readiness evaluation and training.
