Brendan Botha

Brendan leads our operations across Australia, driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and risk management to support sustainable growth. Working closely with the Australian leadership team, he focuses on identifying opportunities across all sectors and strengthening the foundation for our continued expansion in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

With over 30 years of experience, Brendan has successfully led teams in diverse sectors, including health and science, defense and security, resources, and transportation infrastructure. He also brings extensive experience across the built environment that gives him a broad perspective on complex projects. 

Brendan’s career spans multiple regions, including South Africa and the Middle East, bringing a global perspective that strengthens our strategy and growth ambitions. His strategic, collaborative and inclusive leadership style — underpinned by a strong commitment to inclusivity, diversity and equity (ID&E), and creating meaningful employee experiences — is instrumental in driving our growth, culture and impact across Australia and the APAC region.
