Program Management Managing Director

Joshua has over 15 years of experience in engineering, project management and construction oversight, with a specialized focus on federal infrastructure programs. He has built a career around delivering complex projects with precision and strategic leadership. His expertise spans design-build delivery, facility renovation, operations and maintenance and capital construction programs. 

Known for his ability to lead multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, Joshua excels at aligning project execution with client objectives, managing risk and maintaining budget and schedule integrity. He oversees our federal program management contracts, including base operations support at Keesler Air Force Base, Tinker Air Force Base and the United States Air Force Academy. His teams are responsible for all engineering, construction, planning, environmental, real estate, financial management and IT services at these locations. 

Joshua joined us after a 10-year career as a U.S. Air Force civilian employee. He finished his Air Force career as the Air Education and Training Command’s (AETC) facilities investment program manager, where his portfolio consisted of 10 installations, over 11,000 facilities and a total plant replacement value of $26.3 billion.
