Saad Syed, P.Eng. PMP

As our eastern Canada transportation manager, Saad oversees a diverse portfolio of disciplines and service areas. He helps build collaborative and well-supported teams that deliver transit, highway, freight and aviation projects for clients large and small.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Saad has played a pivotal role in advancing our transportation practice in Canada and strengthening collaboration across the markets we serve. He has extensive experience leading large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from proposal through construction, and provides proven expertise in proposal strategy, pricing oversight and risk review. Saad consistently combines technical expertise with inclusive leadership to guide teams and deliver complex projects across Canada and beyond. 

An engaged industry leader, he is actively involved in industry organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Ontario and the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC).
