Kim Vongries, P.E., PMP

Based in Colorado, Kim leads a team of 20. She has been helping bring new commercial developments to life for nearly two decades. As a civil engineer, she brings big-picture thinking to real estate development, helping our clients make the right decisions with due diligence and site selection to best address land development infrastructure challenges. These are crucial factors in advancing a potential development toward ultimate success. Kim's designs elevate the safety, functionality and appeal of a location by embracing the buildings, services and community that surround the potential of a new destination.

As president of the Future City Colorado nonprofit program, Kim guides a board of volunteers in recruiting organizations to participate, supports educators and mentors throughout a team’s journey, coordinates sponsorships and hosts an annual competition. Kim was also named a 2026 Bisnow Denver Women Leading Real Estate honoree.
