Mandy Hansen

As director of pediatrics, leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative pediatric healthcare environments that support children, families and care teams. Combining strategic leadership with a deep understanding of pediatric healthcare operations and design, she helps shape the future of pediatric care.

Mandy brings nearly 20 years of pediatric healthcare experience, including more than 13 years in senior leadership roles. Her background spans healthcare strategy, real estate and capital planning, and the planning, design and construction of pediatric healthcare environments. Drawing on this extensive owner-side experience, Mandy aligns clinical, operational and design priorities to create environments that center children and their families. 

Throughout her career, Mandy has advised executive leadership on growth strategies, facility investments and long-range development, directed enterprise real estate portfolio strategy across more than 20 healthcare facilities, and guided workplace transformation and organizational change initiatives affecting nearly 2,000 employees.

Passionate about the role design plays in improving daily life and advancing child health, Mandy is an active industry leader and speaker. She has presented nationally at Healthcare Design, ASHE PDC and LCI Congress and serves as vice president of the Northwest Chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals and a facilitator for the Pediatric Environment Network through The Center for Health Design.
