Heath’s area of expertise focuses on the planning and design of pipeline, pump station, site development, and condition assessment projects. He has served as both project manager and Engineer of Record for a variety of different water and wastewater projects across the southeast.

At HDR, he has over 11 years of experience specializing in the development and design of pipeline and pump station projects. He has worked alongside some of our most talented technical leaders in the pipeline and pump station industry, allowing him to provide clients with the highest level of client service and unrivaled technical expertise. 

Heath has been integrally involved in designing multiple sewer expansion programs for utility agencies across the state of Florida. Most recently he has worked closely with Brevard County Utilities in the rehabilitation and replacement of their South Beaches Force Main System and has served as the project lead for acquiring state revolving funds for this program. Heath is also currently working with Gainesville Regional Utilities as the project manager for their first force main condition assessment program.

He serves as our champion for the Florida Section American Water Works Association Region IX and Water for People. He is also affiliated with the Society of American Military Engineers.
