Carlos Femmer

Carlos leads data acquisition and surveying efforts across all of our markets served. He has more than 20 years of experience managing teams that performed surveys for tens of thousands of miles of transmission lines, pipelines and railways. 

Carlos has worked on technologies ranging from airborne light detection and ranging (e.g., fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters and unmanned aerial systems) to multibeam (boats and autonomous underwater vehicles) and everything in between. 

Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Massachusetts and a master in business administration from E.J. Ourso School of Business from Louisiana State University. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association and the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. He is also on the Dean’s Advisory Council at LSU.
