Geomatics and Remote Sensing Director
Carlos leads data collection and surveying efforts across all of our markets served. He has more than 25 years of experience managing teams that perform surveys for tens of thousands of miles of transmission lines, pipelines, railways, roadways and bridges, as well as dams and spillways.
Carlos has worked with technologies ranging from airborne photogrammetry and light detection and ranging (via fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters and unmanned aerial systems) to multibeam (via boats and autonomous underwater vehicles) and everything in between.
Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in business administration from the E.J. Ourso School of Business at Louisiana State University.
