In his role, Tom assures that design excellence is at the core of education and science solutions across the global practice. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Tom has led extensive, large-scale projects worldwide, including work in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, the United Arab Emirates and China — several of which have received Lab of the Year honors.

An architect by training, Tom is particularly concerned with satisfying not only the technical requirements of a project, but also in providing educators, students, researchers, and scientists with inspiring and accommodating environments. Clients appreciate Tom’s ability to execute and blend together the interconnected functions and requirements of all phases of the process, bringing designs to life with integrity and precision. A recognized voice in the design and science industries, Tom has previously presented at conferences for AIA, Association of University Research Parks and DuBiotech.
