Mark Meaders, LEED AP BD+C, GGP

With more than 30 years of business and sustainability experience, Mark brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to each project. He has brought his expertise to a wide variety of clients including federal, state and local governments, healthcare, justice, private companies and non-profit organizations. 

As sustainable principal in our Dallas office, he leads project teams in designing and constructing high-performance and sustainable projects that meet client needs in a cost-effective manner. His project management and communication skills allow him to effectively manage projects and work hand-in-hand with design, engineering and construction teams to resolve issues effectively and achieve project goals.

Mark previously served as a member of the U.S. Green Building Council Resilience Working Group, helping to boost resiliency implementation strategies across all projects and expand their use to other LEED rating systems.
