Paul has over 30 years of experience in transport planning, transport engineering, and project management. His significant technical experience in corridor and network planning, urban and rural transport projects, active transport, public transport and project evaluation is coupled with strong experience in project management.
He has managed multidisciplinary transport projects, ranging from high level transport planning studies to design projects, combining his technical and management experience to work successfully with clients. He has a broad understanding of most disciplines required for transport projects; enabling the disciplines to come together to develop a unified picture. His early background in design engineering and construction management ensures a practical approach to his thinking.
He's a well-respected communicator and is able to capture ideas and present them in an articulate, informative and approachable manner. Paul’s experience has been gained throughout Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Fiji.
