Third-Party Recruiting Policy

Thank you for visiting our site to learn more about us and the potential business opportunities for you.

If you're wondering, we do work with third-party recruiting agencies. We respect the importance of recruiters needing exclusivity when it comes to recruiting for positions. We understand the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right match. This is why we work with a very small group of third-party recruiters.

Our recruiting partners work closely with our staff and have direct contact with respective hiring managers. These recruiters understand our industry. We consider them our strategic partners.

Due to the number of solicitations we receive from recruiters, we periodically do a review of the firms on our preferred provider list. All recruiting contracts are renewed annually and are good for one year, unless terminated otherwise.

If you would like to be considered as a potential future recruiting vendor, please Contact Us and include the requested information. Please note that providing this information only qualifies you as a potential future vendor and does not qualify you as an approved vendor.

HDR Policy for Third-Party Recruiters

All vendors must have a signed HDR vendor agreement from the HDR Employment Director to receive payment for your placement. The agreement must be dated no later than one year previous to the date of resume submission.

HDR will not pay a fee to a recruiter that does not have a signed HDR vendor agreement from the Employment Director. Any resume submitted to any employee of HDR without having an HDR vendor agreement in place will be considered property of HDR. HDR will not be held liable to pay a placement fee.

Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from the Employment Director is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any other member of the HDR staff will not be considered binding terms.

HDR will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the corporate recruiting team.

It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
