Brian Giebink is the behavioral and mental health practice lead. He has served as the mental health expert on numerous projects around the world and is passionate about creating transformational mental health facilities that foster recovery, independence and a sense of community. He believes that listening is the first step toward shaping a better future for mental health care.

Dr. Avani Modi is a pediatric psychologist and division director of behavioral medicine and clinical psychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Since graduate school, she has been fascinated by the simple and complex barriers families experience when seeking care for their children, and her research focuses on improving the health outcomes of children with chronic conditions.

Dr. Suzanne Sampang is the interim division director for child and adolescent psychiatry at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She has always been interested in neuroscience and finds inspiration in the opportunity to change the trajectory of children's lives in a positive way by helping them through a mental health crisis.
