Richard Morgan, BEng, IEng, MCIBSE, MIMechE

Richard joined the team in 2019 with a breadth of industry experience, covering a wide range of sectors, with 17 years of experience within the building service consultancy industry. He mainly focusing on corporate offices and commercial, mixed use and heritage but also covering residential, scientific, research, higher education and custodial. Projects that Richard has worked on include The Old Bailey, Bank of England HQ, Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge.

He's vastly experienced in delivering high-performance workplaces and new build commercial developments. He brings this experience with him to support the commercial team-leading challenging projects and developing business opportunities. He has led large multidisciplinary consultant teams delivering a full range of services to clients, delivering complex projects.

Richard is a great communicator and an efficient negotiator believing in building robust key professional relationships on all of the projects he is involved with. He's an incorporated engineer and a member of The Institute of Mechanical Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and an active member of the British Council of Offices.
