With 12 years experience in information management and seven of these within the construction industry, Melanie is highly skilled at asking the right questions to the right people to get to the core of how information is managed.
She is an expert at identifying the key issues and implementing processes that drive business value. Melanie has experience in a range of sectors, including construction and infrastructure, and has worked on both public and private projects. She has successfully implemented change at both project and enterprise level and uses her site experience to balance project demands with wider business strategies.
Having joined us in 2019, Melanie has taken a lead role in the rollout of a new Common Data Environment for a global data centre company’s North America and Asia Pacific operations, following our successful implementation within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her involvement spanned from consolidating stakeholder requirements, through liaising with the CDE provider to develop solutions, developing training materials and training a team of information managers.
Melanie also has experience with clients working in the corporate and mixed-use sectors, implementing CDEs and managing the information management team and the document control procedures and platforms.
