Miloš Vasiljević, P.E., NCEES

Serving as transportation program management director, Miloš brings more than 20 years of engineering experience, leading some of the our largest and most complex transportation programs. He is passionate about helping clients deliver infrastructure investments with greater certainty, reduced risk, and clear alignment with their strategic goals. 

Milos has served in leadership roles on the $1.7 billion South Mountain Freeway in Arizona, $2.5 billion Carolina Crossroads program in South Carolina and General Engineering Consultant on the $1 billion I-10 Wild Horse Pass Corridor in Arizona. These assignments have required alignment of multidisciplinary teams, implementation of robust project controls, and navigation of challenging commercial, schedule and stakeholder environments while still advancing critical regional investments. 

Known for his technical depth and strengths as a program builder, Miloš has a proven ability to resolve intricate challenges and guide informed, timely decision-making across interconnected projects. He works alongside owners as a trusted advisor, integrating advisory, design and construction management services to strengthen governance and improve transparency. His leadership reinforces a core belief: strong program management, empowered teams and clear processes directly influence successful outcomes for clients and the communities they serve.
