Senior Project Leader
Sina is a registered architect and experienced project leader with over 20 years of experience spanning local and international projects. Based in our Melbourne studio, Sina leads the Victorian health sector for the firm.
With deep expertise in complex health, science, and commercial developments, Sina has played a key role in shaping some of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure projects. He is currently leading the delivery of Victoria’s Community Hospital program — part of an $800 million government initiative to expand access to healthcare in rapidly growing regions — as well as the redevelopment of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness.
Sina's prior experience includes the design and delivery of several major health projects in Victoria, including the New Melton Hospital Master Plan, the Royal Melbourne Hospital beds expansion, and Bendigo Hospital. He also played a key role in the redevelopment of Melbourne Airport’s Terminal 2, transforming it into a premium luxury retail and dining destination.
Beyond practice, Sina actively contributes to academia by teaching and mentoring emerging architects at Swinburne University of Technology.
