Prince of Wales Hospital – The Bright Alliance

This project provides a patient-focused model of care in which cancer research, clinical care and education are integrated to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients, as well as a platform for breakthroughs in cancer research. Located at the Randwick Hospitals Campus, the facility comprises 15,000 m² total development area incorporating Nelune Comprehensive Cancer Centre (NCCC) and the Scientia Clinical Research project (previously known as the Australian Advanced Treatment Centre (AATC)) and Sydney Children’s Hospital Network expansion.

This is a project that further reinforces our expertise in the cancer care typology; a unique building which has represented a complex set of construction challenges working below ground in close proximity to existing heritage buildings. We successfully achieved a very positive patient and staff environment under some very challenging site conditions.
