Improving Outcomes Through Energy Modeling and Performance Tracking

We recently released our annual progress report on our AIA 2030 Commitment. In the report, Colin Rohlfing, sustainability director for our architecture practice, reflects on the significant improvements our firm has made related to reducing predicted energy use intensity, increasing the number of all-electric projects and increasing adoption of energy modeling as fundamental to the design process over the past year. The report showcases top-performing projects, lays out an action plan for the year ahead and recognizes champions from our studios who have helped advance a more sustainable practice.
