Alex Dunn
Associate Director
Bringing over 20 year's experience in building engineering services, Alex is an associate director, based in our London Blackfriars office. His experience centres around the project management of building engineering design teams, working on large scale and technically complex mixed-use projects.
Alex’s experience includes an impressive array of building typologies including offices, residential, retail, rail, laboratories, healthcare and data centres; all of which are technically complex. Alex brings an in-depth understanding of evolving technologies that contribute to the ever-changing needs of the built environment in the 21st century. His project management experience comprises both design team management and construction monitoring.
Alex’s experience includes Principal Tower, a luxury residential development in London and Guildford Station Redevelopment in Surrey, U.K., to name a few. Alex has recently led our building engineering services team for Holbein Gardens, one of London's most sustainable office buildings, which has received two awards as a leading example of comprehensively refurbishing existing office stock, while delivering net zero ambitions.
