As a registered architect specializing in corporate workplace design, Jennifer’s designs harmonize functionality and aesthetics, tailoring solutions to clients' needs and enhancing organizational success and employee well-being. She is passionate about integrating change management strategies to foster deeper employee-company connections, build trust and promote inclusivity.
Jennifer’s professional journey includes significant roles at Gensler and HLW, where she worked on high-profile projects for Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell and Siemens. This experience has instilled in her a profound understanding of the value of employee connection and the evolution of projects over time, which she now leverages to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Her dedication to her craft and community makes her a thought leader and trusted partner in the industry. Jennifer has served as the co-chair of the CoreNet New Jersey Education Committee and is known among peers for her organized, efficient and collaborative approach to her work.
