Leading Our Employee-Driven Philanthropy 

The HDR Foundation is employee-driven, meaning our employees contribute donations, sponsor grants and oversee our philanthropic decision-making. 

Our U.S. Grant Review Committee comprised of a diverse representation of our business areas and geographic reach review grant proposals and make recommendations to our board for discussion and approval. 

The HDR Foundation Board of Directors consists of compassionate community leaders responsible for safeguarding our mission, policies and all final grant-making activities of the HDR Foundation.
