Melanie D'Souza, RA(CA), NCARB, EDAC, LEED GA

Melanie has more than a decade of experience supporting complex facilities across healthcare, science and advanced technology, industrial, education and master planning environments. With a keen interest in building science and the construction process, she brings technical rigor and a collaborative mindset to planning and design efforts for highly regulated, performance-driven programs.

She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support laboratory and medical programming, iterative planning and systems coordination. Melanie is particularly skilled in problem-solving alongside engineering partners and is known for her strengths in construction documentation and construction administration. She also collaborates with our water group, contributing architectural and laboratory planning expertise to technically integrated projects requiring close coordination across disciplines.
