David leads our power, industrial and solid waste market work in Canada. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, he is responsible for driving overall operations, strategy, growth and the successful execution of resource sector projects in Canada, guiding our teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

With a diverse professional background, David brings experience spanning a wide range of sectors, including power utilities, oil and gas, heavy industrial facilities, mining, municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems, ports and marine infrastructure, aviation, and data centres. This broad perspective allows him to understand complex client challenges and align multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, resilient, and forward-looking consulting solutions.
