Rachael is managing principal of our architecture practice in London. With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, her expertise encompasses healthcare, architecture, infrastructure, project delivery and strategy.

She is focused on developing practical, tangible solutions that improve the built environment at every scale – from individual projects to complex systems. Rachael brings a distinctive approach to each engagement, combining strategic thinking, analytical rigour and collaborative leadership to solve complex challenges and positively influence the planning, delivery and design of her clients’ infrastructure projects.
