Andrew J. Yosten, P.E., LEED AP BD+C

As a Central Region director, Andy is responsible for overall leadership, vision, strategic planning and design excellence for our Central Region building engineering services. He uses big data to work across disciplines and to leverage the vast array of expertise across our global network to elevate integrated design for optimized design solutions. He is well-known for exceptional client service and his advocacy of innovation, sustainability and quality initiatives. Andy actively engages with clients to bring the latest technologies to the forefront of all projects.

A strategic leader and planner, Andy works directly with design teams to help manage the success of all projects, while also mentoring staff within the engineering design discipline. He works closely with the market sector directors to organize high-performing teams to deliver great design to the most complex projects. He is involved in the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers; the Nebraska Society of Healthcare Engineers; and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. Andy also serves on the University of Nebraska Architectural Engineering Advisory Committee, the Omaha North Engineering Advisory Board, and the Architectural Engineering Institute – National Board of Governors.
