As the managing principal in Charlotte, North Carolina, Richard is responsible for the management, performance and operations of the office. As an architect, he has extensive knowledge in building systems design, integration, construction and project delivery methods. With more than two decades of experience, Richard has worked on numerous projects for healthcare, civic, and science & technology clients throughout the United States.
