Carrie Shuler, P.E.

Carrie is a project engineering manager who works to ensure major power generation projects stay on track. She’s attentive to client needs from the essentials like schedule and budget, to the details that take a project from good to great. 

An engineer by heart and trade, Carrie is inspired by helping clients through collaborative relationships to improve operation, efficiency and emissions in existing fossil-fueled power plants and helping clients develop new generating facilities from the ground up. 

Carrie was the project manager for Holland Energy Park, a groundbreaking combined cycle natural gas plant that became the first power plant to receive Envision Platinum Verification. She’s a registered professional engineer and an associate at HDR. 

She shares her experience with others in the industry by presenting at professional conferences and helps strengthen our own teams by passing on lessons learned for internal education.
