Landmark Building with a Focus on Community

1075 Pandora is a mixed-use condominium and rental housing development located in downtown Victoria. The project’s location borders on the neighbourhoods of North Park, Fernwood and Harris Green. It is acknowledged by the City of Victoria as an important gateway to the downtown district, supporting the creation of a landmark building. The development consists of two towers: a 10-storey condominium building with 35 residential units for sale, and a 13-storey tower that will accommodate 136 rental units over a commercial podium, with three levels of underground parking.

The design features a unique circulation system that incorporates exterior common areas, corridors and a feature staircase, along with a glazed atrium that connects all units, to encourage a feeling of community and the social interaction of residents. Residents will have semi-private spaces outside their front doors, with room for planters or seating, again with the purpose of facilitating engagement and a sense of community.

1075 Pandora is one of only a handful of rental apartment buildings being added to Victoria in the past 25 years, helping to meet a huge demand for rental accommodations.
