Billy partners with clients to deliver high quality control systems planning, design and construction/implementation support. He views data connected control systems as an opportunity to advance process and business optimization through application of advanced technology techniques including data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
In his career, Billy’s experience has spanned all control system lifecycle areas for multiple industries including water/wastewater, mining, power, food and beverage, oil and gas, and industrial. He’s passionate about partnering with clients and our subject matter experts to build foundational control systems that address today’s needs and achieve tomorrow’s vision, with a focus on overcoming challenges that impact reliability, resiliency, security and optimization.
His technical background includes experience with large-scale control system assessments, master planning, process control system design, network architecture design, multi-platform programming and configuration, startup and commissioning, installation/construction management and project management.
