Twenty years ago, HDR acquired HLB Decision Economics. Blending economic research into a large engineering practice like HDR has resulted in several transformative projects. Three experts within HDR recently penned a paper detailing applications of their work and research to benefit communities: HDR's current Chairman and former CEO, Eric Keen; HLB Decision Economics founder, David Lewis; and HDR's Director of Economics and Statistics, Chris Williges.
