Opened in 2024, the new Orange County Sanitation District Headquarters Complex at Plant 1 exemplifies this ethos — the efficiencies a comprehensive architecture and engineering holistic design can bring to clients. The building has garnered universal industry acclaim, receiving numerous renowned awards across a variety of disciplines.

Topics discussed include structural engineering using mass timber, lighting design for health and well-being, as well as active and passive green design strategies that resulted in an over 95% reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions.
