We are proud to be a silver sponsor of the 2026 Real Property Institute of Canada (RPIC) National Summit. Our team looks forward to connecting with executives and professionals across the federal real property community and sharing insights and resources through conversations and a technical poster presentation. Visit us at booth 35 to say hello and learn how we can support your federal projects.
The annual RPIC Summit is more important than ever as Canada accelerates its efforts to build greater security, stability and prosperity for ourselves and our allies.
Our RPIC Summit Poster Presentation
As Canada's defence infrastructure evolves to support new aircraft fleets and operational requirements, effective planning and delivery of modernization projects are critical to mission readiness. Drawing on experience from previous aircraft beddowns, we will participate in the poster session, sharing key lessons from around the globe to inform the modernization of infrastructure at Canadian Forces Station Alert, the most northerly, permanently inhabited location in the world.
Modernizing RCAF Alert Base - Lessons from New Aircraft Beddowns
Military Aviation Lead, Matt Kundrot, will present a poster titled “The RCAF Alert Base Infrastructure Modernization Program - Lessons Learned from Previous New Aircraft Beddowns,” highlighting our diverse expertise in modernizing airfields around the world.
CFS Alert provides intelligence, operational and search-and-rescue support, contributes to Arctic research, and helps maintain Canada's presence and sovereignty in the High Arctic.
The poster dives into aircraft-specific logistics and infrastructure readiness, incorporates lessons learned from similar aircraft and environments, and considers dual-use and climate-ready features and opportunities for the future.
Building the Future of Defence Infrastructure
We are committed to helping clients deliver resilient, sustainable and mission-critical infrastructure. Events such as the RPIC Summit provide valuable opportunities to share knowledge, exchange ideas and contribute to conversations shaping the future of federal infrastructure and asset management across Canada.
We look forward to connecting with colleagues, clients and industry partners at RPIC 2026 and discussing how lessons from past aviation infrastructure programs can help inform the next generation of defence facilities.
Supporting Canada's Defence Future
We help defence clients plan and deliver resilient infrastructure that enhances readiness, supports reconciliation objectives and adapts to a changing climate.
