Kim Vongries Among Denver's Top 30 Women in Commercial Real Estate

Kim Vongries has been recognized in Bisnow's 2026 Denver Women Leading Real Estate Awards, a list of 30 leaders who are playing a major role in shaping the city's skyline.

Vongries’ achievement follows Bisnow’s 2025 annual analysis, which found that across the 100 largest corporate real estate companies, women hold 27.5% of C-suite jobs and 32.9% of board seats, up from 27.3% and 31.8%, respectively, in 2024.
