Katie Duty, P.E., ENV SP
Operations Manager
Katie is a senior project manager and project principal who serves as the operations lead for our Florida, Alabama and Mississippi area. She has broad-based experience in civil, water resources and geotechnical engineering — and leads cross-functional teams for planning, design and construction of projects for municipal, state and federal clients across our markets.
She works with clients to solve challenging problems and realize solutions. She has most recently served as the overall project manager and principal for the design and construction of the $500 million C-44 Reservoir and Stormwater Treatment Area Project being built by the South Florida Water Management District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Katie's a credentialed Envision Sustainability Professional and serves on the Board of Directors for Keep Pinellas Beautiful. She strives to bring resilient and sustainable solutions in both her professional and personal life, leaving our communities and environment better for her children. She is also active in the Florida chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies and local American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation chapters.
