Katie Duty, P.E.
Employee Experience and Talent Development Director
Katie leads efforts related to employee engagement and culture and facilitates our employees’ career development journey. She is a long-term advocate for the employee experience, which started early in her career, having initiated a new focus on our company's young professionals and our mentoring efforts for all employees across the globe.
Formerly, she was a senior project manager and project principal who served as the operations leader for Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Puerto Rico. As a civil engineer with a background in large ecosystem restoration projects, her work included design and construction of the $500 million C-44 Reservoir and Stormwater Treatment Area. The award-winning project, built by the South Florida Water Management District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is part of the broader Everglades Restoration program.
Katie serves on the board of directors for Keep Pinellas Beautiful. She is also active in local and national committees of the American Council of Engineering Companies.
