Brian Leshko, P.E., F.SEI, F.ASCE

Putting his keen eye and insights to work as our Bridges and Structures Inspection Program Lead, Brian undertakes inspection, rating, evaluation and rehabilitation studies; evaluates newly developed inspection, management and monitoring technologies; and his oversight ensures incomparable, full-service delivery to our clients. He currently manages multiple bridge and tunnel inspection contracts as well as FHWA and NCHRP research projects. Within HDR, his unwavering dedication is inextricably linked to the establishment and continued growth of our respected infrastructure inspection program.

Brian shares his infrastructure inspection expertise as a staff mentor and by serving on national committees to advance the field. Among his many honorable recognitions are induction into the Academy of Distinguished Engineers at his alma mater, the University of Connecticut School of Engineering. Brian is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and an Inaugural Fellow of its Structural Engineering Institute.
