Resources Program Management Director
Clarice serves as resources program management director, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering complex capital programs across the power, oil and gas, mining, industrial and waste sectors. Over the course of her career, she has managed more than $5 billion in projects and programs, partnering with public and private clients to advance large-scale infrastructure investments with greater certainty and strategic alignment.
Beginning her career in the design of major power generation facilities, Clarice developed deep technical expertise before expanding into contract negotiations, commercial strategy and enterprise-level program leadership. Today, she helps clients achieve portfolio-wide objectives by strengthening governance, improving business processes, and reducing risk across interconnected initiatives. Her approach integrates project delivery excellence with advanced tools and technologies that break down silos, improve data transparency, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
Clarice is known for building high-performing teams, tailoring program strategies to meet each client’s operational and commercial priorities and mentoring the next generation of program leaders. A strong advocate for women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and community leadership, she has been recognized with a STEMMy Award and is a graduate of Leadership Missouri. She remains committed to advancing inclusive leadership while helping clients deliver transformative infrastructure programs.
