Mike Tugman, P.E.

As transportation program management lead, Mike has spent more than three decades designing and managing transportation projects throughout Virginia. Since 2018, he has been embedded with the Virginia Department of Transportation and their Major Project group in the Hampton Roads District office, where he helps lead some of the state’s largest highway programs.
