Leading our zero emissions/electrified mobility practice, Rob collaborates with our multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop sustainable initiatives for fleet conversion and modernization for various modes of transport. That collaboration includes work with our power and utility experts to ensure the right infrastructure is in place to support holistic, smart electric vehicle programs. He helps shape our clients’ transition to electrified mobility with total services from inception to implementation.

Beginning his career managing transit systems throughout the West and Southwest United States, Rob has continuously brought his passion for cutting-edge technology that offers community and environmental improvements. He has worked with operating companies and heavy-duty bus manufacturers responsible for diesel, compressed natural gas, hybrid and developing electric vehicles throughout the U.S. and Canada. His expertise in new transit technology transitions has resulted in multiple successful deployments of fleet electrification and modernization.

Rob is a graduate of the APTA (American Public Transportation Association) Leadership program and continues to be active throughout the industry.
