Designed to reconceive the heart of the North Sydney CBD, this scheme set out to reclaim precious public open space from vehicles and create a new urban plaza at the heart of the city.

The tower was designed to create and support a workplace of the future that fosters creativity, collaboration, and sustainability, whilst redefining the centre of North Sydney as a creative and inspiring place to work.

The facade provided an abstract iconic look to the rectilinear form through the introduction of a second skin of rippling aluminum that acts to reduce the solar load and create a clearer glass, elevating the connection from inside to out.
